Marketing Specialist – Entry Level (Graduating Student)

About the role

OPPO is seeking a motivated Marketing Specialist to join its retail marketing team. This position is designed for graduating students or recent graduates who want to launch a career in consumer electronics marketing, supporting nationwide campaigns and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of nationwide retail marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, member events, and in‑store activations.
• Coordinate with stores and headquarters to ensure timely, on‑schedule execution.
• Prepare campaign guidelines, store communication materials, and execution manuals.
• Collaborate with Design, Brand, PR, and Sales teams on materials, logistics, and visual merchandising.
• Collect feedback and performance data to produce post‑campaign reports and recommend improvements.
• Participate in store visits and occasional business trips to verify brand‑standard compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or pending) in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Graduating student or recent graduate.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher) for daily communication with regional and global teams.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Photoshop.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, responsible, adaptable, eager to learn, and willing to travel occasionally.
