Media Director

About the role

Join Omnicom Media in Bogotá as a Media Director, working in a hybrid setting and acting as a strategic extension of a U.S.-based media team. You will lead integrated media planning, manage client relationships, and drive business growth for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day client communications, recurring meetings, and strategic discussions.
• Develop integrated media strategies, media plans, and budget recommendations across digital and traditional channels.
• Partner with analytics, creative, media, and production teams to ensure successful campaign execution and performance optimization.
• Review campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and produce client‑ready reporting.
• Support new‑business proposals, portfolio growth initiatives, and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in Media Planning or Integrated Communications Planning.
• Proven experience leading client relationships and strategic conversations.
• Strong understanding of Digital, Social, Search, Programmatic, Video, and Traditional Media.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) with strong presentation and storytelling skills.
