Mid-Level IT Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Mid‑Level IT Recruiter with at least one year of experience recruiting for IT positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, evaluating, and presenting qualified candidates for client vacancies while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for IT positions using job boards, professional networks, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and evaluate candidates against job requirements and client expectations.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess experience, technical background, communication skills, and overall fit.
• Manage candidate pipelines and multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Document screening results, candidate information, and recruitment progress accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Present qualified candidates to Account Managers for further evaluation and client consideration.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience recruiting for IT positions.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and pre‑screening interviews.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Bullhorn preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Adaptability, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
