Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist

About the role

Worley is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join its North America talent acquisition team, based in Bogota, Colombia. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality technical and professional candidates for North American business portfolios and projects while supporting recruitment marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Partner to define sourcing strategies, timelines and support the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions.
• Actively source passive candidates, build robust shortlists mixing internal, external, active and passive talent, and ensure compliance with Worley policies.
• Drive recruitment marketing initiatives, create marketing assets, manage campaign support and oversee employee referral processes across North America.
• Monitor and achieve KPI targets for time‑to‑offer, time‑to‑hire, quality and cost of hire, while promoting a best‑in‑class candidate experience.

Required profile

• Experience in talent acquisition (search, agency or in‑house), preferably with exposure to technical disciplines such as engineering, project management, construction, supply chain or procurement.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates using modern platforms and to interpret complex data to develop strategic action plans.
• Strong resilience, cultural awareness and the capacity to coach and model best‑practice assessment and selection techniques.

• Analytical skills for interpreting recruitment data and trends.
