Network Administrator

About the role

The Network Infrastructure Specialist at Lean Solutions Group ensures the availability, performance, and security of the company's network infrastructure. You will design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve network systems while delivering advanced technical support to internal users and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and guarantee network uptime, performance, and security across enterprise environments.
• Design, deploy, and optimize routing, switching, VPN, and wireless solutions.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for LAN, firewall, and Cisco wireless platforms.
• Administer servers and AWS cloud resources supporting critical IT services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align network initiatives with business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Telecommunications or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in network administration or infrastructure management.
• CCNA certification (or equivalent networking knowledge).
• Advanced English proficiency (B2‑C1) and willingness to travel.
