About the role
We are expanding our ITO team in Bogotá and need a NOC Analyst to manage and support our clients' operating system environments.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the IT Service Desk and Engineering teams to ensure system availability and performance.
- Manage and support clients' operating system environments.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in IT, technical support, or infrastructure.
- Hands‑on familiarity with Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
- B2+ English proficiency.
- Basic understanding of ITIL frameworks, backups, and virtualization.
