About the role
Join Baxter as an Operador Amplas, ensuring optimal machine performance, product quality, and compliance with manufacturing and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Enter clear and precise information into production and quality assurance software according to established parameters.
- Package production output into plastic and paxón boxes for warehouse dispatch.
- Adjust or replace machine components such as cassettes, rails, resistors, and fabric, and support maintenance technicians when issues arise.
- Manage inventory for extrusion and filling lines, ensuring proper supply for production.
- Verify that tools, machines, and equipment are functioning optimally for product quality assurance.
Required profile
- Technical or technologist graduate in electronic, instrumental, industrial maintenance or related fields.
- At least 6 months experience in manufacturing production processes.
Required skills
- Electronic, instrumental, or industrial maintenance knowledge.
- Understanding of plastic transformation processes (desired).
