About the role
Baxter is looking for a Packaging and Sealing Operator to ensure a continuous flow of product on the production line while meeting quality, safety, health and environmental standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the sealing machine and pack bags, guaranteeing the required quantity and quality.
- Follow written procedures for line clearance, massive inspections and product quality assurance.
- Perform visual inspection for particles on the conveyor belt.
- Handle the forklift (estibador) safely.
- Report quality events, waste, lost time, damages and clean the machine each shift.
Required profile
- High‑school graduate (Bachiller académico).
- At least 6 months of manufacturing experience (preferred).
- Strong drive to achieve results.
- Quick learner with agility in acquiring new skills.
Required skills
- Sealing machine operation.
- Visual inspection techniques.
- Safe forklift handling.
- Quality event reporting.
