Operations Coordinator

About the role

Red Bull is looking for an Operations Coordinator to supply the market with finished goods and visibility items that reflect its premium brand. The role manages the supply chain with a focus on transparency and efficiency, plans and executes procurement strategies, oversees logistics, fleet and facilities, and handles budgeting and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• S&OP and demand and supply planning: co-lead the S&OP process, present the monthly demand and supply plan in IBP, and ensure product availability and data accuracy.
• Import management: coordinate the import of finished goods and materials for events, merchandising and product samples.
• Logistics and operations: manage logistics processes, oversee order entry and invoicing, and manage third-party logistics providers.
• Fleet, facilities and services: manage the vehicle fleet, oversee facilities and monitor services for quality and cost efficiency.
• Procurement and supplier management: develop procurement policies, manage tenders and supplier selection, and coordinate with headquarters.
• Sustainability: develop and manage local sustainability initiatives and reports.
• Budget and cost management: manage the operations budget, track expenses and drive cost savings.
• Quality, claims, HSE and continuous improvement: manage quality claims, ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements, and lead process improvement projects.

Required profile

• University degree (Engineering, Business Administration, etc.); specialized qualifications in planning and/or logistics are valuable.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in planning, logistics, procurement or supply chain, ideally in an FMCG environment.
• Leadership, problem-solving and team skills, logical and analytical thinking.
• Advanced written and spoken English; hands-on, detail-oriented.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (mandatory); intermediate level is mandatory.
• Good skills in Word and PowerPoint.
• Some working knowledge of SAP R/3 is a strong plus.
