Operations Project Manager – LATAM PMO

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Operations Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end operational projects across multiple LATAM markets. You will partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive implementation, process improvements, and business transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through implementation and closure, developing plans, timelines, milestones, governance and communication structures.
• Coordinate multicultural teams across LATAM, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure alignment on priorities, risks and deliverables.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and monitor performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Drive change‑management activities to support adoption of new processes, tools and ways of working.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, lessons learned and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project‑management experience delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Project Management or related field.
• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills; Portuguese a plus.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and thrive in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• PMP certification.
• Strong knowledge of PMI, Agile, Scrum and PDCA methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Project and Smartsheet.
• Experience in risk management, stakeholder management, change management and process improvement.
