Order to Cash Manager

About the role

The Order to Cash Manager will define and execute the global O2C strategy, driving standardisation, automation and continuous improvement across the end‑to‑end process. This senior position sits on the Global Business Services Leadership Team and works closely with Commercial, Finance, IT, Supply Chain and Legal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Set the long‑term vision for Order to Cash, align it with enterprise goals and maintain a transformation roadmap focused on digital enablement and process standardisation.
• Lead cross‑functional governance, monitor KPIs, ensure policy compliance and provide actionable analytics to improve cash flow, DSO and overall performance.
• Oversee third‑party service providers for credit, collections and cash management, managing SLAs, KPIs and governance.
• Drive integration and optimisation of CRM, ERP, workflow automation and telephony platforms to enable a data‑driven Opportunity‑to‑Cash process.
• Lead a global team of subject‑matter experts, mentor talent and champion change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 7+ years in a global shared‑services environment.
• Proven experience leading Order to Cash, Master Data Management or Record to Report processes across multiple regions.
• Strong financial acumen, understanding of P&L, working capital and SOX/internal controls.
• Dynamic leadership with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive transformation.
