Organizational Design Consultant

About the role

A growing consulting firm is hiring an experienced Strategy & Organizational Design Consultant to lead complex transformation engagements across multiple industries. The consultant will help organizations design future-ready operating models and processes that support sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Target Operating Models (TOMs) aligned to strategic business objectives.
• Assess current organizational structures, governance models and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive organizational redesign initiatives, including workforce transformation, role definition, capability models and decision-making frameworks.
• Analyze and redesign end-to-end processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and customer experience.
• Facilitate executive workshops and work with senior stakeholders to define future-state operating models.
• Develop transformation roadmaps integrating digital, automation and AI-driven capabilities.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals and client presentations.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in Organizational Design and TOM development.
• Strong experience assessing and transforming organizational structures, governance models and operating processes.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs in consulting firms or corporate strategy functions.
• Ability to engage and influence senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
• Fluent English (required).
• Preferred: 7+ years in management consulting, strategy, operations transformation, organizational effectiveness or business transformation, and exposure to digital transformation and AI-enabled operating models.
