About the role
We are seeking a driven outbound sales professional to sell promotional vacation packages. The role involves contacting prospects by phone, guiding them through the full sales cycle from the first call to a confirmed booking, and consistently meeting performance targets in a high‑energy office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute high‑volume outbound calls using a dialer system to engage and qualify prospects.
- Lead structured, consultative sales conversations from pitch to close with confidence and authenticity.
- Assess lead eligibility quickly and apply qualification criteria to focus efforts.
- Build genuine enthusiasm around destinations, resorts, and promotional packages to communicate real value.
- Explain package terms, commitment requirements, and financial conditions transparently.
- Complete bookings accurately in the system, ensuring every deal is verified and resolved.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs including call volume, conversion rate, and revenue targets.
- Adapt to evolving sales strategies, scripts, and priorities without missing a beat.
Required profile
- Proven outbound sales experience, preferably in a call‑center or high‑volume phone sales environment.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities with confidence handling objections.
- Clear, compelling verbal communication that builds rapport quickly.
- Self‑motivated, accountable, and comfortable in a competitive, target‑driven setting.
- Detail‑oriented with accurate documentation and follow‑up.
- Resilient, adaptable, and eager to improve.
