Paid Media Specialist

About the role

Inchcape Digital is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to design, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will work closely with business units to meet lead‑generation and sales KPIs while supporting the company’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, aligning with business objectives.
• Manage budgets, optimise spend and track performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS and conversions.
• Analyse results, produce reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance and SLA compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, market analysis and adoption of new platforms.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns and client relationships.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making based on KPIs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Google Ads (search, display, video)
• Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
