As a Panadero / Pastelero you will contribute to our culinary operations, supporting production on the bakery line in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support production activities on the bakery line, including product packaging and equipment cleaning while meeting quality and productivity criteria.
• Request raw materials based on bakery scheduling and finished‑goods inventory.
• Inspect production to ensure compliance with manuals and recipes before handing over to packaging.
• Check equipment usage; report any failures to the immediate supervisor or maintenance staff.
• Follow cleaning and disinfection protocols to reduce contamination risks on products, equipment and surfaces.
• Complete assigned production control forms for the bakery.
• Participate in cleaning brigades and report any equipment damage.
