People Coordinator LatAm

About the role

The People Coordinator LatAm will lead human talent management activities across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a positive work environment. This role reports to the senior leadership team and operates from our Medellin office.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute HR strategies that support workforce planning and organizational development.
• Lead recruitment, selection, and retention initiatives to attract and keep top talent.
• Support performance management processes, providing guidance to leaders and facilitating continuous feedback.
• Promote a positive workplace culture through internal communication, employee well‑being, and engagement programs.
• Identify skill gaps and drive training and development programs to enhance capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and ethical standards, managing conflicts and disciplinary actions.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related field with HR specialization.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership positions.
• Proficiency in English and experience managing payroll and social security programs.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality‑environmental management systems.
