People Operations Coordinator

About the role

Turia GBS is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to lead and optimise its People Operations function, ensuring operational excellence, legal compliance and an outstanding employee experience across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead employee administration processes across the full employee lifecycle.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions and termination processes.
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company policies.
• Drive process improvement, standardisation and automation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Lead and develop the People Operations team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading People Operations, HR administration, payroll, employee relations and labour compliance processes.
• Experience in multinational or regional environments preferred; U.S. payroll experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent English (B2+ or C1).

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience with payroll and HR systems; BUK and UKG knowledge preferred.
