Product Manager – Advertising (Hybrid, Bogotá)

About the role

Join Brandtech+’s near‑shore production hub in Bogotá as a Product Manager for Advertising. You will own the quality‑assurance function of a high‑volume, AI‑augmented creative studio that serves a leading healthcare education institution, ensuring every piece of content is accurate, brand‑compliant and technically correct before it reaches the client.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the studio’s delivery function by establishing quality standards, review checklists and brand‑compliance frameworks across all content types and channels.
• Own the final quality review for all studio output, covering creative accuracy, copy proofing, technical specifications, brand compliance and accessibility requirements.
• Partner with the Program Director to embed QA checkpoints into the production workflow at each stage‑gate, ensuring quality is reviewed before work advances.
• Develop and maintain channel‑specific delivery checklists for email rendering, paid social specs, display formats and video technical standards.
• Review AI‑generated and AI‑assisted content with rigorous human‑oversight standards, ensuring image accuracy, copy correctness and brand consistency.
• Track, analyse and report on quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality assurance or delivery management within creative, advertising or media production environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to design and implement systematic QA processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally with creative, technical and program teams.
• Fluent English (required for a global business) and Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Based in Bogotá and able to work in a hybrid setting.
