Product & Project Manager – Bogotá

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Junior Product & Project Manager to lead execution and performance across indirect markets that operate through third‑party partners. Based in Bogotá, you will ensure alignment with strategic priorities, operational excellence, and full compliance with company standards while supporting regional coordination across therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Johnson & Johnson and third‑party partners, managing contracts, service level agreements, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial to monitor operational, commercial, and financial execution.
• Act as the single point of contact for product managers across all therapeutic areas in Ecuador, consolidating insights, risks, and performance data.
• Facilitate communication among local, regional, and partner stakeholders to ensure visibility and alignment of cross‑portfolio priorities.
• Ensure all activities adhere to Johnson & Johnson’s ethics and compliance standards.
