Program Coordinator – Multi‑Sector Humanitarian Programs

About the role

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead the day‑to‑day management of its multi‑sector programs in Colombia. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Programs (DDP), you will ensure high‑quality implementation across health, women’s protection and empowerment, child protection, education, and economic recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor IRC’s multi‑sector programs in coordination with technical sector managers.
• Track project progress against indicators and budgets, adjusting work plans as needed.
• Provide procurement planning support in collaboration with the Supply Chain Coordinator.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation measures, and ensure compliance with IRC and donor policies.
• Represent the Colombian program to external partners and maintain visibility of IRC activities.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of humanitarian program management and multi‑sector coordination.
• Experience monitoring budgets, indicators, and donor reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and senior management.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and capacity to adapt to changing field conditions.
