About the role
NeoWork is looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide top‑level administrative support to its executive team. Working primarily from home, you will partner closely with senior leaders to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings and appointments.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
- Assist with project management and special assignments.
- Support other administrative tasks to ensure seamless business operations.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
Required skills
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and software.
