Project Engineer

About the role

Design and execute product, process, and infrastructure projects, leveraging strong technical expertise and new technologies to enhance operational reliability, competitiveness, and sustainability. The role supports Personal Care plants, drives process improvements, and collaborates with suppliers and external manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, execute, and support infrastructure, equipment, process, and product projects, including equipment relocation initiatives.
• Provide technical support to maintain and improve machine performance and process efficiency.
• Analyze technological research to drive process improvements and product development.
• Develop, coordinate, and manage suppliers and external manufacturers for efficient project execution.
• Support TPM initiatives, vertical startups, loss elimination, and efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Process, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related field; postgraduate specialization in Project Management preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management of engineering or industrial projects.
• Mandatory English proficiency at B2 level and knowledge of Microsoft Project, preferably SAP, project formulation, and budget management.
