Project Manager – Social Media (Maternity Leave Cover)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead Social Media and Content projects for our clients, ensuring seamless coordination between client briefs and internal teams. The role will cover maternity leave and will be based in Bogotá, supporting campaigns across Mexico and LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client and team briefs into clear research questions and strategic objectives, challenging the brief when necessary.
• Lead qualitative, quantitative and mixed‑method research to uncover consumer insights, cultural trends and audience behaviours.
• Analyse social listening, surveys, digital behaviour and campaign data to build comprehensive perspectives.
• Identify cultural tensions and emerging opportunities that inform brand positioning, content strategy and growth.
• Develop strategic decks and narratives that turn evidence into actionable recommendations.
• Present findings to clients and internal teams, influencing decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Social Media, Influencer Marketing and Data Intelligence teams on regional initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager, Digital Project Manager or similar within a digital, creative or social media agency.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats and production workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, multidisciplinary teams and client relationships simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
