Public Area Attendant

About the role

As a Public Area Attendant at Hilton, you will be the first point of contact for guests in the hotel’s shared spaces. Your daily mission is to keep public areas immaculate while delivering warm, memorable hospitality that enhances every guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of designated public zones such as restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming, mopping, carpet shampooing, window washing, and trash removal.
• Greet guests courteously, answer questions, and address service requests promptly.
• Assist housekeeping with guest‑room cleaning and fulfill service requests when needed.
• Execute periodic deep‑cleaning projects like mattress flipping, furniture moving, and floor waxing.
