Recruiter – Hybrid (Medellín, Colombia)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support a key client’s Commercial team. The role focuses on end‑to‑end talent acquisition for manufacturing and go‑to‑market sales positions targeting the U.S. market, operating from a hybrid setup in Medellín.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting from sourcing to placement for manufacturing and GTM sales roles.
• Source and engage talent within the U.S. market, both active and passive candidates.
• Conduct structured candidate screens in English to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner with internal commercial teams and hiring managers to align talent strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking in recruiting platforms.
• Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of end‑to‑end recruiting experience.
• Proven experience recruiting for the U.S. market.
• Full command of written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and/or GTM sales positions.
• Strong adaptability, quick learning, and ability to deliver immediate productivity.

Required skills

• English language proficiency (written and spoken).
