About the role

ARQARQ is a fast‑growing fintech looking for a proactive Recruiter to shape its talent acquisition strategy. You will partner directly with co‑founders and the executive team to attract top‑tier talent and build scalable hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and hire A‑players by creating and executing hiring playbooks and sourcing strategies.
• Track recruitment metrics such as pipeline volume and conversion rates to continuously improve hiring efficiency.
• Act as an ambassador for ARQARQ, communicating the company vision to candidates and ensuring a high‑touch candidate experience.
• Design and implement scalable recruitment systems, tools, and rituals.

Required profile

• Proven track record hiring high‑performing talent in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence to assess cultural fit.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage candidate pipelines with meticulous attention to detail.
• Resourceful and comfortable leveraging LinkedIn and personal networks for proactive sourcing.
