About the role
We are expanding our talent acquisition team in Medellín and are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage the full hiring cycle for multiple business functions. The role is based on‑site and involves partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Source candidates through various channels and conduct initial screenings.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple hiring requisitions simultaneously while meeting agreed timelines.
Required profile
- Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and capacity to handle several hiring projects at once.
Required skills
- Effective sourcing techniques.
- Interviewing and assessment competence.
