Regulatory Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

The Regulatory Project Manager (RPM) will support global regulatory projects, coordinate submission activities and work closely with Global Regulatory Teams and Submission Working Groups to meet regulatory milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and lead SWG kick‑off and recurring meetings, maintain detailed submission timelines and RAID logs.
• Support Global Regulatory Teams by coordinating meetings, tracking project plans, and managing additional RPM tasks.
• Independently manage non‑SWG submission types and provide extra regulatory project support as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical or Medical Sciences or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years in the pharmaceutical/life‑sciences industry with at least 2 years of project‑management experience, preferably in regulatory affairs.
• Experience supporting IND, NDA, BLA, EU MAA and EU variation submissions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project (or equivalent) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
