Join RecXchange as a Remote Freelance Recruiter and earn commissions for successful placements. No prior recruiting experience is required – the platform provides AI‑driven tools and a global talent pool to help you match candidates with real client roles.
Key responsibilities
- Search for, upload, and evaluate candidate profiles.
- Select open positions from the RecXchange marketplace.
- Use built‑in AI matching tools to pair candidates with suitable roles quickly.
- Work independently or collaborate with other recruiters in the community.
- Earn $3,000‑$11,000 each time a placed candidate is hired.
Required profile
- Motivation to work remotely with full flexibility over hours.
- Interest in talent acquisition and helping candidates find jobs.
- Ability to follow platform guidelines and use provided tools.
