About the role
Join RecXchange’s global platform as a remote freelance recruiter. No prior experience is required – the system supports beginners and seasoned recruiters alike. Work on your own schedule, source candidates, and earn a commission when they are hired.
Key responsibilities
- Find or upload qualified candidate profiles.
- Select real client roles available on the platform.
- Use AI‑powered tools to match candidates quickly.
- Collaborate with other recruiters or work independently.
- Earn $3,000‑$11,000 for each successful placement.
Required profile
- Motivated individuals who want full freedom over their time and workflow.
- Open to beginners – no prior recruiting experience needed.
- Comfortable working remotely and communicating online.
