Remote Part‑Time Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing B2B sales development firm, is looking for a hands‑on Growth Marketing Manager to own demand‑generation activities. This part‑time, remote position works directly with the founder to translate strategy into high‑impact copy, SEO content, outbound email sequences, and paid experiments.

Key responsibilities

• Write and optimise website copy, landing pages and calls‑to‑action to boost visitor‑to‑lead conversion.
• Develop and execute a lead‑focused content program, including keyword research, AI‑search optimisation and long‑form articles.
• Design, launch and analyse cold email campaigns and segment‑specific messaging cadences.
• Run small‑scale paid growth experiments on platforms such as Google Search, LinkedIn Ads and retargeting, tracking pipeline metrics in CRM and web analytics tools.

Required profile

• Proven B2B growth‑marketing or demand‑generation experience in technology, SaaS or professional services.
• Native‑level English copywriting ability with a focus on persuasive, conversion‑oriented content.
• Strong understanding of SEO, emerging AI/LLM search trends and modern outbound email tactics.
• Self‑starter who can work independently during fixed US Eastern Time hours.
