Remote Project Manager

About the role

Job Duck is seeking a remote Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end project cycles, from intake and planning through execution and closure. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and maintain PMO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate kick‑off, planning, intake, and alignment meetings with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain PMO tools, documentation, and artifacts such as RAID matrices, project charters, milestone plans, and status reports.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Engage with the Data team to gather metrics and produce regular project updates.
• Close projects according to PMO procedures, archiving files and documenting outcomes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an Agile or Scrum environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience identifying risks, solving problems, and proactively managing issues.
