Acerca del puesto
UPS busca un Representante de Servicio al Cliente telefónico en Medellín, con modalidad de teletrabajo 100%. El puesto se centra en atender las solicitudes de los clientes sobre cobranzas, cotizaciones, envíos, entregas, procesos de exportación e importación, aclaraciones de facturación, investigaciones de pérdidas o daños e información general.
Perfil requerido
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes en turnos rotativos, de la 1:00 a. m. a la 2:00 p. m.
- Experiencia previa en áreas de servicio al cliente.
- Ubicación en Medellín y área metropolitana.
