Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

Four Seasons Cartagena is looking for a restaurant supervisor to lead one or more food and beverage service shifts for its guests and clients. The supervisor guides guests on the property's concept and products while meeting their expectations and creating memorable experiences in a workplace marked by the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Control service flow: food passes, communication, delivery times, special requests, arrivals and departures.
• Anticipate the needs of guests, clients and team members and resolve problems proactively.
• Know the menus, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens and cooking times, and train the team accordingly.
• Organise, assist and put into practice training sessions run by the company.

Required profile

• Student or professional in hospitality, tourism or related fields (desirable).
• Intermediate level of English.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in hotels or high-quality restaurants.
• Experience managing resources and staff.
• Knowledge of service protocols and high-end etiquette standards is desirable.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of POS systems and management tools.
• Inventory management and restocking, identifying shortages and keeping products available.
