Revenue FP&A Analyst

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking a highly analytical Revenue FP&A Analyst to support consolidated revenue reporting, forecasting and financial planning across a complex, multi‑system environment. The role ensures data accuracy and provides insights for executive decision‑making while driving process improvement and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Support month‑end revenue close, reconcile data across enterprise systems and the general ledger, and prepare commentary and trend analysis for management.
• Consolidate and validate weekly and monthly revenue forecasts, perform backlog analysis, and develop ad‑hoc reporting to support planning and executive decisions.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement and automation opportunities, including AI‑enabled analytics and workflow optimization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, revenue accounting or finance operations within a multi‑national, multi‑system environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP and planning/reporting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Hyperion, Adaptive Planning, Power BI or Tableau.
