Sales Director (Hospitality SaaS)

About the role

Cloudbeds is looking for a Sales Director to lead growth in the independent hotel and hotel‑group market. You will use your network and deep hospitality‑tech knowledge to acquire high‑value new clients and expand Cloudbeds’ ARR. This is a fully remote, hunter‑focused position.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute a sales strategy targeting independent hotels and groups, identifying revenue opportunities.
• Deliver on sales forecasts and achieve ambitious ARR targets.
• Conduct virtual client presentations that clearly articulate Cloudbeds’ value proposition.
• Represent Cloudbeds at major industry events as a brand ambassador and generate referrals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of top‑performing, consultative sales experience in hospitality technology.
• Proven track record selling to independent hotels and hotel groups, driving ARR growth.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills and ability to build pipelines without BDR/SDR support.
• Experience with long‑term pipeline management in Salesforce CRM.
