Salesforce Solution Architect – Service Cloud

About the role

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join its Service Cloud practice. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to design, configure, and deliver end‑to‑end Service Cloud solutions that leverage AI and generative technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate business process reviews to capture customer requirements.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce Service Cloud designs, applying best practices and minimizing custom code.
• Configure Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, and related AI components.
• Develop technical specifications for delivery teams.
• Incorporate UX best practices into solution delivery.
• Manage project timelines, communications, and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide end‑user training and create documentation.
• Oversee successful completion of assigned projects and exercise independent judgment on enterprise initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
• Ability to lead enterprise‑level projects and work directly with customers.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
