Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

The SEO Specialist will deliver premium Search Engine Optimization services for Coderoad's clients, helping them achieve their subscriber and traffic goals. This remote position works on U.S. East/West Coast hours and collaborates closely with internal digital marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze website performance data (traffic, rankings, conversions) and recommend actions to improve KPIs.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing Managers, SEO Copywriters, Performance Managers and other stakeholders to develop and execute SEO strategies.
• Perform on‑page optimization, Google My Business updates, market and competitive research, and create client‑facing performance reports.
• Utilize third‑party tools (Copyscape, Majestic SEO, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Trends, Moz Pro) to identify opportunities and troubleshoot negative trends.

Required profile

• High School Diploma with at least 3 years of SEO experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Proven experience managing SEO for U.S. English‑language markets, including content optimization and keyword strategy.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• SEO tools: SEMrush, Majestic SEO, Moz Pro, Copyscape.
• Basic HTML and Microsoft Office.
