About the role

We are looking for a semi‑bilingual Customer Service Expert to join our TOP Team in Bogotá. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support for banking products, helping customers manage accounts, credit cards, and technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with account management, banking services, and credit card inquiries.
• Provide accurate technical support, guiding users through troubleshooting steps.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product features and updates to deliver informed assistance.
• Handle inbound calls from Latin American and U.S. clients, following step‑by‑step troubleshooting procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum B1 English proficiency.
• Strong listening, empathy, and problem‑solving attitude.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Customer service and call‑center experience.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and technical support processes.
