Senior AI Automation Engineer

About the role

Join Ansira's AI Center of Excellence in Colombia as a Senior AI Automation Engineer. You will work with automation architects and developers to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain high‑value automation workflows across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automation workflows that span multiple enterprise systems, integrating AI agents such as Claude, Claude Code, and Glean with RPA and low‑code/no‑code platforms like UiPath, n8n, and Zapier.
• Build, test, and deploy solutions, maintain production workflows, and troubleshoot issues.
• Take automation opportunities from specification to delivery, collaborating with stakeholders and end users to clarify requirements.
• Partner with automation architects and fellow developers to scope, validate, and prioritize solutions for the CoE backlog.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience designing and implementing automation workflows that integrate multiple enterprise systems.
• Programming experience in any coding language and demonstrated experience with AI‑driven or agent‑based automation.
• Working proficiency in English for team collaboration.

Required skills

• AI agent tools: Claude, Claude Code, Glean.
• Automation/low‑code/no‑code platforms: UiPath, n8n, Zapier.
• Familiarity with APIs, MCP, SQL, and SaaS integrations.
