Senior Analyst, Total Rewards

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Senior Analyst, Total Rewards in Bogota. The role provides ongoing program design and analytical support for Mastercard's Total Rewards programs, reviews compensation proposals and keeps them aligned with internal pay structures, market data and compensation strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate compensation proposals for new hires, promotions and transfers, ensuring they match internal pay structures, external market data and compensation strategy.
• Support Total Rewards Partners in reviewing and approving compensation offers, and guide Talent Acquisition on compensation-related issues.
• Analyze external market data and compensation trends, using compensation survey data to give up-to-date recommendations.
• Ensure proposals maintain internal equity and continuously improve the review and approval processes.
• Develop reports and analyses tracking the success of the compensation offer process, and recommend improvements to analytics processes and tools.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative rewards market trends and best practices.
• Work with GBSC-HR on managing Total Rewards data and technology in Workday and third-party systems, with expertise in Total Rewards systems and process flows.
• Take part in peer review, mentor junior colleagues and judge when to escalate issues.

Required profile

• Extensive experience analyzing internal and external market rewards programs and competitive practices.
• Consistently delivers accurate, high-quality, well-organized reports on rewards metrics and data.
• Created and delivered Total Rewards communications to business unit and market stakeholders.
• Demonstrated knowledge of market and internal best practices.
