Senior Brand Manager – Nutella (LADM Cluster)

About the role

The Senior Brand Manager will plan and execute short‑ and medium‑term marketing strategies for Nutella across the LADM cluster (Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Chile). The role ensures long‑term objectives are met through innovative brand initiatives, commercial plans, and regional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement brand development strategies and tactics for short‑ and medium‑term horizons.
• Analyse market trends, consumer behavior and internal data to guide decisions.
• Coordinate with internal functions (sales, trade marketing, finance, supply chain, etc.) and external agencies (media, creative, research).
• Lead creation of creative assets and media campaigns.
• Manage regional brand budget to achieve volume, net sales and margin targets.
• Drive projects such as product launches, seasonal campaigns, digital and BTL advertising.
• Support the Senior Regional Category Manager on complex initiatives (communication, portfolio, pricing).

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of marketing experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency with Office tools.
• Experience with database management tools such as Nielsen.
