Senior Client Project Manager

About the role

ACI, a global payments ecosystem provider, is hiring a Senior Client Project Manager in Bogota, Colombia. The role manages several large, complex projects from initiation through delivery, coordinating departmental and cross-functional teams and keeping projects on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project scope and baseline so delivery is compliant, and develop the project plan, schedule, agreement and proposal.
• Plan and direct schedules, monitor budget and spending, and manage project aspects such as research, analysis, documentation, design/development, testing, problem resolution, negotiations, training, status reporting, implementation, closing and post-rollout review.
• Secure business control requirements and compliance, and carry out quality reviews with recommendations.
• Solve project issues and risks through identification, evaluation, tracking, communication and mediation.
• Develop and present project documentation, communicate scope to customers and internal partners, and implement the financial management plan (estimating, tracking, controlling, forecasting and reporting).
• Take part in or lead project management process improvement and best practice assignments, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Around 10 years of project management-related experience.
• Experience serving clients located in the United States.
• PMP certification, or working towards it or approved equivalent.

Preferred skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The work environment is standard, mostly on PC, with travel that may be domestic or international required.
