Senior Credit Controller – Advanced English Required

About the role

The Senior Credit Controller is responsible for cash collection of debt due to NielsenIQ from third parties, working closely with Order‑to‑Cash and operational teams to minimise overdue debt, DSO and maximise cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Control and reduce third‑party debt by proactively managing the trade debtors ledger and meeting monthly targets (DSO, overdue receivables, collection ratio, dispute TAT).
• Prepare and distribute reports such as trade debtor balances, cash‑flow forecasts, dispute reports and bad‑debt provisions.
• Monitor customer accounts for non‑payments, delayed payments and disputes, and record details.
• Identify overdue portfolios and take actions to avoid contingencies in line with NielsenIQ policies.
• Escalate issues with Revenue Controller and Customer Service to coordinate recovery actions with commercial teams.
• Support re‑invoicing according to client specifications and provide clarifications to revenue associates.
• Deliver customer service on collection issues, resolve disputes and short payments, and ensure timely query resolution with commercial teams.
• Perform additional tasks to support the local Finance/I2C team and communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
