Senior Customer Success Management Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Customer Success Management Specialist you will help Amadeus hospitality customers extract maximum value from our distribution solutions, ensuring they meet their business goals and grow their hotel business.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer goals and drive adoption of Amadeus solutions through best‑practice guidance and proactive support.
• Act as a trusted product expert, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes and deliver solutions.
• Monitor success metrics, anticipate challenges, and contribute to renewals and growth opportunities.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships through regular business reviews and engagement.

Required profile

• Fluent English with clear, confident communication.
• 4+ years of experience in customer‑facing roles.
• Strong relationship‑building, teamwork, ownership and analytical thinking.
