Senior Cybersecurity & Information Assurance Analyst

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a senior professional to lead the administration and security of its directory services environment. The role focuses on Active Directory, Entra ID, and related IAM technologies to ensure reliable, secure, and high‑performance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and manage Active Directory and Entra ID, including Group Policy implementation and compliance.
• Monitor system availability, capacity, performance, and security for IAM technologies, handling logging, alerts, and incident response.
• Plan and execute upgrade, patching, and automation projects in collaboration with global teams and vendors.
• Provide second‑ and third‑level support, on‑call rotation, and root‑cause analysis for directory service issues.
• Integrate directory services with other applications and maintain alignment with security policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of IT security or Identity & Access Management experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and Windows Server.
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell) for automation.
