Senior Delivery Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing SaaS company looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio of retail and supply‑chain customers across LATAM. This is an independent contractor position, fully remote, with occasional travel to customer sites.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a book of retail accounts, conducting regular check‑ins, QBRs and strategic planning sessions.
• Monitor product usage, identify risks and growth opportunities, and drive adoption and renewal.
• Apply retail expertise (inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment, assortment, pricing, promotions) to help customers make better decisions.
• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding, coordinate with TAMs and engineers, and ensure smooth go‑lives.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales and Account teams.
• Work cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Support and Data to solve problems and feed customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and provide regular updates on customer health and key metrics.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Project Management at a SaaS company, focused on retail customers.
• Hands‑on retail operations experience (inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment, assortment, pricing or promotions).
• Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering preferred).
• Native‑level Spanish and fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical skills and solid Excel proficiency (SQL a plus).
• Excellent communication, relationship management and organizational abilities.
