Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

CBTW, a global tech solutions company, is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer in Bogota on a hybrid basis. The engineer works with software developers, system operators and IT staff to manage code releases by optimizing CI/CD, automation and infrastructure, while bridging the gap between development and operations.

Required profile

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
• Advanced English level required.
• At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps engineer.
• Medium knowledge of coding.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD and CI/CD infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Strong knowledge of GNU/Linux, TCP, gRPC and HTTP.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful architecture and distributed systems monitoring.
