Senior Digital Product Designer – Graphic Design

About the role

A leading healthcare organization is looking for a Senior Digital Product Designer with strong graphic design expertise. You will translate complex business needs into sleek, high‑performing digital experiences across web, mobile and social platforms while maintaining strict brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UI and product design for digital products, ensuring excellence and innovation.
• Produce advanced branding assets, event graphics, and internal communication materials.
• Create high‑fidelity prototypes and manage design systems using Figma.
• Collaborate in Agile sprints with development, marketing and product teams.
• Provide design specifications and support implementation in HTML, CSS and JavaScript environments.
• Oversee end‑to‑end design workflows for web, mobile apps and social media campaigns.
• Present design decisions with real‑world examples and a strong portfolio.

Required profile

• 5+ years of senior‑level graphic and digital product design experience, preferably in fintech, banking or insurance.
• Deep understanding of branding, visual thinking and digital ecosystems.
• Proven experience working in fast‑paced Agile environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating mastery of Figma and successful product launches.
