Senior Employee & Labor Relations Analyst

About the role

The Senior Employee & Labor Relations Analyst will support ERLR operations in Bogotá, acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers. The role provides clear, timely guidance on policies, manages moderate‑complexity employee relations cases, and leads a small team of analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage performance management and employee relations cases of moderate complexity, resolving or escalating based on risk.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance and capability building for a small team of ERLR Analysts.
• Act as the escalation point for sensitive or complex queries from employees and managers.
• Tri­age requests, monitor case progress, ensure timely resolution, and maintain accurate documentation and archiving.
• Analyze ERLR metrics and workforce trends to deliver insights, identify emerging risks, and support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of ERLR processes and operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in employee relations, labor relations, or a related HR field.
• Strong judgment to resolve issues directly or determine appropriate escalation.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion, integrity, and respect.
• Leadership presence with the capability to guide and develop junior analysts.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of Colombian labor legislation preferred.
